There are a few essential password managers like LastPass and Advance Password Manager that are already available as Edge Extensions. So, it’s pretty neat that the developer AgileBits and its 1Password is joining the club with support for Microsoft’s new browser. A leading password manager, 1Password is now available for download as an extension for Microsoft Edge in the Windows Store. The extension allows users to quickly search and fill sensitive data straight from the web browser and has been in the works for almost a year.

The extension currently requires users to install 1Password for Windows 6.7+.

By using the 1Password generator to create and save unique and secure passwords for every site, service, and app, you will be as safe as possible.

Most user reviews say this is what serious software developers should be doing with all their apps and believe that the Microsoft Store is an amazing way to get new applications.

You can get the 1Password app while you are signed in to your Microsoft account, and you will be able to install it on up to ten devices powered by Windows 10. The extension’s approximate download size is 3.25 MB.
